2.3 Audit. We may ask them to provide information to verify your identity at any time before allowing you to access some or all of the features of the Service. This information may include, but is not limited to, your Social Security number or employer identification number, a valid U.S. credit card, a valid check, savings, or any other ACH-eligible bank account with a financial institution in the United States that has been verified by the process described on our website (your ”Bank Account”), or other financial, commercial or personal information. We may make requests, directly or through third parties, to validate the information you provide to us. You authorize us to obtain one or more of your consumer credit reports from time to time in order to establish, update or renew your payment account with us or in the event of a dispute related to this Agreement or your payment account activity. You are solely responsible for taking appropriate steps to verify the identity of other users of the Service with whom you do business. You must update all payment account information immediately if there is a change. This Amazon Payments – Sell on Amazon User Agreement (the ”Agreement”) is between the Applicant (if registering as an individual) or the company with which the Applicant is employed or represented (if they register as a Company) (”you” and ”your”) and Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a. (”Amazon Payments”, ”we”, ”us”, ”our”). The Agreement applies to your use of our payment processing and related services provided as part of the ”Sell on Amazon Service” service offered by Amazon Services Europe S.à r.l. (”ASE”) and all or corresponding parts of the successor services we offer, regardless of brand (collectively, the ”Service”). Our service allows sellers to receive payments for online purchases made through the Sell on Amazon service and transfer funds received for online purchases to a bank account.

If you are 14 years old or later. You have registered for the ”Sell on Amazon” service in December 2018 or have received a notice from Amazon Payments UK Limited (”APUK”) informing you that an Amazon Payments UK Limited payment account has been opened for you, APUK will provide payment processing and related services related to the Sell on Amazon service on amazon.co.uk in accordance with the Amazon Payments UK – Sell on Amazon Terms of Service. This Credit Card Association Agreement is a separate agreement between you (”you”) and one or more processing and processing service providers (”Processor”) used by Amazon Payments, Inc. (”Amazon Payments”) to provide payment processing services to you. Our service allows you to authorize payments to sellers directly or to third-party services that enable transactions with sellers. Actual payment will not be made until the seller or service provider has processed your payment authorization with us. A vendor or service provider may delay processing your authorization. The payment authorization will be kept with us until the transaction is completed. 2.2.2 Compliance with the Rules. You will comply with our policies, procedures and instructions for processing cards published on our website or in Seller Central, or made available to you from time to time. As a condition of accepting Cards through the Service, The Associations require that you agree to comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the Associations, as these Rules and Regulations may be amended from time to time, which are made available to you or are generally available to the public (including the Merchant Rules, published on www.visaeurope.com and www.mastercard.com) (”Rules of Association”). By using the Service, you agree to follow the Association Rules.

Except to the extent permitted by the Association Rules, you must not (a) set limits below which you do not accept a Card (except to the extent permitted by law), or (b) issue cash on a Card Transaction. 2.3 Order Processing. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we process payments and refunds for your transactions submitted through the Service. You are responsible for all information about the products or services you sell (for example. B, product names or descriptions, product notices or warnings, prices, availability or status of products, shipping and handling charges and taxes) (collectively, ”Product Information”) and to provide accurate and complete product information to customers. We determine when we process payments and refunds for your transactions in accordance with applicable law. You are the registered seller for all sales you make through the Service. We may withhold or refuse to process your transactions that we suspect are fraudulent, illegal or otherwise in violation of the terms of this Agreement. We will process a transaction that you initiate and duly authorize within one business day. We may refuse to execute a Transaction if it does not comply with the terms of this Agreement or is prohibited by law. If we refuse to execute a transaction, we will inform you (unless prohibited by law) of the refusal within the period within which we are legally required to process that transaction and, if possible and applicable, the reasons for our refusal and the procedure for correcting the factual errors that led to the refusal. Any transaction that we refuse to process will be deemed not to have been concluded for reasons of turnaround times and liability for non-performance or incorrect performance.

If we do not execute a transaction or if we execute it incorrectly, we will immediately endeavor to track it upon request. We will inform you of the result free of charge. 2.7 Withdrawals. Subject to the limitations described in this Agreement, we will automatically transfer your Account Balance to your bank account fourteen (14) days after the first business day on which the relevant transactions were made. Transfers are only made by making a direct deposit to your bank account. In addition to the automatic transfers we make as described in the previous sentence, you may initiate a transfer of your account balance (excluding amounts held in reserve or otherwise unavailable) to your bank account once in a 24-hour period….
